The Kanvass was created after more than 23 years of corporate leadership experience spanning from small real estate agencies and start-ups to global enterprises, including 16 years within a Fortune 100 company and largest US exporter.

Founder & CEO
Krystal Cooper is the Founder and Principal of The Kanvass, a business services boutique firm specializing in strategy, execution, systems design, organizational transformation, and leadership development.
With more than two decades of experience, Krystal has led finance, HR, operations, strategy, and integration initiatives across entrepreneurial businesses and global enterprises, including 16 years in senior leadership roles within a Fortune-scale Company.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a Certified Professional Coach as well as a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Instructor, SHRM-CP certificate course, enabling her to design solutions that address both the structural and human dimensions of business performance.
